Capitol Under Attack

US Capitol under siege.

I was very shaken by what happened on the US Capitol on the 6th of January. The images were scary, and so I sat down to sketch one of them, to get off twitter for a while.

    I want to applaud you for painting this, but I hate the subject. I live 27 miles from the Capitol Building as the crow flies, and was equally shaken by the events of that day.
