I’m not a fan of sketching with ballpoints and I didn’t feel like sketching today, which is of course why I did a full page of ballpoint sketches today. I think #44 is one of my favourites.

One of my other favourite bloggers is The Book Keeper Book Shop. I replied about to them about their blogs regarding use of ‘snippet conversations heard in the shop’. A really great read. I wrote that you have been given the opportunity to imagine the people saying those little observations. With your drawings it is the opposite. You have to imagine what they are saying or thinking. That’s great. Because you have captured an emotion in your drawing/sketch. The opportunity to build a phrase ‘imagined spoken/said’ too. All the best.
