Don’t turn the window wiper on. It only needs to be started if it rains. If the wipers start on a dry window they judder, squeak and get worn out. The equivalent of put yourself and your mind in Mindful moments and leave the mind at rest. Face the plans and activities when they need to be faced. Don’t think with a worrisome nature of things that truly don’t need given the time of day. Nice little image of how cats can teach us how to be calmness personified. Or, actually…feline-ified.
