What a sad and empowering night it was. And our ” great leader” doesn’t budge. The pain of the families, the thought of what the remaining hostages are enduring, the polls showing that a vast majority wants an end to this war, nothing moves him except for his relentless desire to remain in power. And that requires his total surrender to the fascist elements of his coalition who do not want an end to the war, and have not a grain of humanity on them.

I saw the news today and I wanted to cry. They could have been released in May. But as the dictator says, “they’re only suffering, not dying”. Infuriating, heartless, selfish, self serving little man.
